Warranty Reviews

Owners of a home or strata unit can feel secure that Cornerstone is licensed to conduct 1-2-5-10 year warranty reviews. We ask that you book the inspection at least 4-5 weeks prior to respective expiry dates.  In order to ensure that the warranty remains valid, you must forward a copy of our findings to the developer.  Past experience has proven to our company that should a dispute arise with the developer relative to fair wear and tear, you can be rest assured our written professional opinion will assist you in moving forward in a favourable manner.
